Back in March, you might remember that I launched one of the craziest Internet marketing contests of all time. The contest featured $14,575 in prizes and was extremely effective for Winning the Web and all sponsors. How the contest works
There are 2 separate categories for this contest, one for a random draw based on points and another for affiliate marketing performance.
1. Random Draw
To participate in the random draw portion of the contest, all you have to do is perform certain actions that gain you more entries. The more entries you have, the higher your chances of winning a prize. For example, if you rack up 31 points and there are a total of 1000 points accumulated by participants, your chance of winning each prize is 3%. The random draw will be held on November 3rd, 2008.

The second part of the contest involves affiliate marketing for the Ranksense product. The top 3 affiliates who generate the most referrals (including free trials) in a single day between October 1 - November 2, 2008 will win the following prizes.

You may use any method of promotion as long as it is not illegal or spam. You can write blog posts, engage in paid search campaigns, buy advertisements and banners, send emails to your list, etc.

The affiliate commissions for Ranksense are extremely lucrative. Here are the rates.
